Terms of Service:

By signing up as a member, you agree to the terms and conditions as set forth here. Terms and conditions are subject to change, and you accept the latest terms and conditions outlined here by purchasing from Jackpot Leads.You agree that you are at least 18 years old and of legal age in your place of residence to enter into this agreement.

The terms and conditions may be amended at any time. All prices and fees are in U.S. Dollars. You may cancel your membership and leads autodelivery at any time. Due to the nature of this service, there is no refund on the lead orders or on membership setup or enrollment fees. If you feel your issue is an extenuating circumstance, please submit your refund request for review. There are no guarantees that a refund will be granted, but your request will be taken under consideration.

Trial Period: It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the end of the trial period. Once the trial period ends, and the first billing begins, there are no refunds. Your lead order will immediately begin processing. Leads are delivered within about 3-4 business days from the date the billing cycle begins after the trial period. If you want to discontinue your membership before the end of the billing cycle, you must login to your Paypal or StormPay account to cancel the subscription prior to being billed for the first month's membership. If you get any upgraded direct referrals during the 7 day trial period (excluding the 1Up member), you only get paid a one-time payout on that commission for those members if you cancel during the trial membership. If you cancel during the trial membership, you get NO recurring or residual commissions. You only get paid if your member upgrades during your trial membership. Trial memberships that your members sign up for do not qualify for commission. You qualify for commission when upgraded direct referral pays for the first month's membership. We cannot payout commissions on a member that did not pay. If you upgrade your membership after the 7 day trial membership period, you qualify for all upgraded direct referral commissions (excluding the 1Up member) and qualify for residual commissions as long as you are an upgraded member and as long as your upgraded referrals remain upgraded members.

It is your responsibility to cancel your lead autodelivery prior to the next billing cycle as determined by your lead autodelivery date. You may contact Jackpot Leads and request your monthly subscription to be cancelled. A cancellation request must be received at least 3 business days prior to your next payment due date. You may also elect to login to the third party payment processor such as StormPay or Paypal and manually cancel your own subscription. If your account is already charged for the lead order, that means the order has been processed, and Jackpot Leads is working to fulfill that order promptly. At that point, if your payment has already been submitted, no refunds can be issued. Jackpot Leads also reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time without notice. Some reasons for membership termination by company may include: abuse of service, spam, or any other reason we consider valid for canceling your membership.

CHARGEBACKS. Due to our no refund policy and the fact that we electronically send you your leads files and cannot take them back from you, should you pursue a chargeback, you risk paying fees associated with our chargeback process. This can vary from $30 to $150 in US Dollars in penalty fees depending on the nature and fees we incur on the chargeback. By ordering you accept our chargeback and no refund policy. However, you may cancel future billings by giving Jackpot Leads at least 4 business days notice prior to your next billing schedule.

Leads Policy:

All orders are to be prepaid, and we will make every attempt to fulfill your order within 3-4 business days on normal operating business days. Orders submitted on the weekend will be handled on the following business day. On rare occasions, due to high order volume, we may be temporarily delayed in order delivery. Trial Period: It is your responsibility to cancel your membership before the end of the trial period. Once the trial period ends, and the first billing begins, there are no refunds. Your lead order will immediately begin processing. Leads are delivered within about 3-4 business days from the date the billing cycle begins after the trial period.

Because Jackpot Leads cannot "take back" leads once they are issued, there are no refunds on orders once payment is confirmed and accepted. Leads issued with upgrading package are provided within 3-4 business days of signup and are non-recurring at any point. We pledge to work with you to attempt to resolve any concerns member may have.

Xtreme Quality Traffic: Once orders for traffic or visitors are confirmed and accepted, a refund cannot be processed. You will receive the number of visitors you purchase, but there is no set time frame for completion of order. It could take a few days, weeks, or longer depending on size of order and the popularity of keywords and URL targets specified. You are free to change the URLs and keyword targets anytime during the duration of your campaign as well as the website to which you want to direct traffic.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any membership application. We reserve the right to limit quantities on lead orders in order to maintain a supply for all our members. Most orders are accepted. Generally only excessive ordering will result in applied limitations.

Jackpot Leads only sells leads to a maximum of 2 people. Jackpot Leads work to ensure that you have exclusive rights to your purchased leads for 14-90 days. JPL (Jackpot Leads) will sell the leads to one other person within a 90 day period but reserves the right to distribute leads 14 days after distributing to previous member. Studies show that 14 days is sufficient time to contact a prospect, and we do our best to allow 90 days but reserve the right to sell leads to a second person after 14 days. Leads are sold no more than twice in a 90 day period. After the 90 day period, we reserve the right to distribute the purchased leads to another individual to members who want 90+ day old leads. Once the leads are sold to the 2nd party after the 90 day period, the names/leads may be unavailable for purchase.

Opportunity: Jackpot Leads in no way guarantees income or profit. This is something nobody can determine. If you cancel your membership, you forfeit all remaining, existing, and future commissions or referral payouts in your account. You also forfeit your commissions if your account is canceled for any reason by Jackpot Leads. We reserve the right to withhold commissions or payments if a balance is due on your account or if member is found to be conducting business inappropriately, i.e., spamming. Jackpot Leads is not liable for loss, or expenses incurred.

Referral Bonus Payout: Referral bonus payouts may be referred to as referral commission, commission or instant pay commissions. Referral bonus payouts are credited to referring member by way of Paypal in most cases. If a check is requested or required, there is a processing fee on checks submitted. Processing fee is 15% of your commission earnings. Jackpot Leads reserves the right to determine method of payment to referring member.

Referring member must be upgraded to qualify for referral commission and must be upgraded prior to referred member in order to qualify for bonus. If member cancels membership or if membership goes deliquent due to non-payment, commissions and leads will not be issued. If member re-instates membership, member will not be issued a back pay of commission nor will be delivered leads that were due during the time that membership was delinquent. Free members are eligible for a lesser commission for any upgraded direct referrals by the free member, as indicated in the affiliate account.

Commissions are paid out once a month and are paid on members who have been upgraded for at least 30 days. Commissions are paid on all upgrades or referrals during the prior month.

Free DVD Player Incentive Bonus. In order to qualify for the bonus, member must meet the following qualifications: Member must be an upgraded member. Affiliates do not qualify. Member must have at least 10 upgraded members on first level. Member must be an active member for at least 31 days before bonus is issued and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Upgraded first level members must be upgraded (active) for at least 31 days before bonus is issued and in order for sponsoring member to qualify and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. All upgraded members on first level must be unique members and not duplicate memberships. Duplicate memberships do not count toward 10 upgraded membership. The first upgraded member that rolls up by the Viral Payplan does not count as that member will not be directly in the qualifying member's first level. DVD Player value is up to $200.00 USD. Jackpot Leads reserves the right to substitute bonus product of equal or lesser value as needed or as available. Shipping is covered for delivery within the continental U.S. Shipping and handling for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or other Countries may be paid for by member. For international members: Substitution of bonus may be necessary depending on country and postal regulations, or other factors determined by Jackpot Leads. Cash may be substituted instead of product delivery at the discretion of Jackpot Leads. Cash bonus payout up to $200 USD. Each Member on first level must have an active/upgraded membership for at least 31 days and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Member qualifying for bonus must have upgraded/active membership for at least 31 days to qualify and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Once bonus offer is discontinued, members that upgrade after bonus promotion ends will not qualify to earn bonus of free DVD Player. Jackpot Leads reserves the right to terminate this offer at anytime with or without notice. Anyone that violates any or all parts of the terms of service will be disqualified from earning the free DVD player or any other incentive bonus. This includes violating our strict No Spam Policy.

Free Computer Bonus. In order to qualify for the bonus, member must meet the following qualifications: Member must be an upgraded member. Affiliates do not qualify. Member must have at least 30 upgraded members on first level. Member must be an active member for at least 31 days before bonus is issued and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Upgraded first level members must be upgraded (active) for at least 31 days before bonus is issued and in order for sponsoring member to qualify and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Member may re-qualify for a second free computer as long as member qualifies again during the free laptop promotion. Member must first fully qualify for first free computer bonus and then go on to qualify for second free computer. To qualify for second computer member must remain upgraded and have a minimum total of 60 upgraded members on first level. Each Member on first level must have an active/upgraded membership for at least 31 days and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Member qualifying for bonus must have upgraded/active membership for at least 31 days to qualify and must be active/upgraded at time of bonus being awarded. Once bonus offer is discontinued, members that upgrade after bonus promotion ends will not qualify to earn bonus of free computer. Limit 2 free computers per upgraded member and must qualify for each computer as explained above. Jackpot Leads reserves the right to terminate this offer at anytime with or without notice. Anyone that violates any or all parts of the terms of service will be disqualified from earning the free laptop or desktop computer. This includes violating our strict No Spam Policy.

Third Party Membership Rebate (when applicable). To qualify for rebate, member must meet the requirements to qualify and be eligible. Member must show proof of payment and have a PayPal account in order to receive payment for third party/program/company Membership. Jackpot Leads is not part of other companies or programs and is not responsible for program, service, or products related to third party programs, opportunites, or products. For inquiries on outside companies, member must contact the specific company and not Jackpot Leads. Third party or outside company Membership Rebate is upon availability and only issued if indicated as a promotional offer.

Member agrees not to hold Jackpot Leads legally responsible for profits or lack thereof in any program including Jackpot Leads. Member will not attempt to collect from Jackpot Leads for damages, losses, or non-refundable purchases.

We may modify, amend, or terminate our service with you at any time for any reason with or without notice to you, without liability to you, any other user, or any third party. You understand and agree that Jackpot Lead's. services are provided "AS IS - AS AVAILABLE" with no responsibility for timelines, we do not warrant that this service will be uninterrupted, accurate, always available, or error free, or that any errors will be corrected. You agree to pay all fees and other charges incurred on your account, including charges for any purchases made through our service. You agree to pay all applicable taxes and any other charges relating to the use of our service through your account, whether imposed on Jackpot Leads, or directly on you, these may be applied and included in bills issued to you. Jackpot Leads reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to failure to pay your bill in a timely manner. You authorize Jackpot Leads to charge all amounts payable by you in connection with your use of our service automatically to the credit card or bank account you provided in the registration process or such credit card or bank account you provide thereafter. If your account has a balance owed to Jackpot Leads by user then Jackpot Leads will hold commissions until account is paid and made up to date.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jackpot Leads, and any of its affiliates,members, agents, partners, employees, consultants, directors, or contractors, from any claim, demand, expense (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) made by any third party due to or arising from data or information you submit, upload, download, or transmit through our service, your use of our service, your connection to or affiliation with our service, your violation of our terms and conditions of service, or your violation of infringement, or infringement of any person or entity, or intellectual property.

Jackpot Leads makes no claim of earning potential nor any guarantee of earnings. The amount of money earned depends on the number of referrals, the effort put into building your business with Jackpot Leads, and other factors as well.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Jackpot Leads hereby governing your use of this service, this supersedes, and or replaces any previous agreements written or oral between you and Jackpot Leads.

SPAM POLICY- Our lists are to be used to promote any given opportunity, product or service with the exception of adult related materials. Redistribution or selling of our lists with any other parties, person, or company is strictly against the policy of Jackpot Leads. Email addresses are supplied for personal uses only. Spam is strictly prohibited. Violators will be dropped from our program, will no longer be able to purchase leads through Jackpot Leads, and any open agreements terminated.
